Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping Costs
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to UK addresses with no minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery within the UK takes approximately 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Remote or rural UK locations (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, etc.)
- Peak shipping periods (holidays, sales events)
Shipping Partners
We work with trusted UK courier services to ensure your solar lighting products arrive safely and on time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email to contact@hausnova.online
- Tracking number and courier information
- Estimated delivery date
You can track your package using the tracking number provided.
Delivery Issues
Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact us at contact@hausnova.online. We will work with the courier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos immediately (before opening if possible)
- Contact us at contact@hausnova.online within 48 hours
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at contact@hausnova.online before your order ships.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If the courier is unable to deliver your package:
- They will leave a card with collection or redelivery instructions
- You may need to collect from a local depot
- Contact us at contact@hausnova.online if you need assistance
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to our supplier as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- Refusal of package
We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
