REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping at HausNova. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our solar lighting products.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return, in accordance with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at contact@hausnova.online with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without first requesting a return authorization.
Return Shipping
For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 14 days, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company or PayPal
- Contact us at contact@hausnova.online
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your solar lighting product arrives faulty or damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at contact@hausnova.online
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow product instructions
- Items returned after 14 days from delivery
